A Technique known as Mendelian randomization was used by researchers to analyze genetic variants associated with three particular sleep traits &#8212; morning or evening preference (chronotype), sleep duration, and insomnia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>(People Also Like To Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gomedii.com\/health-care\/chronic-migraine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"bookmark noopener noreferrer\">Are You Living With Chronic Migraine?<\/a><strong>)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Based on the analyzed database of more than four lakh women from two studies &#8212; UK Biobank study and <a href=\"http:\/\/bcac.ccge.medschl.cam.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Breast Cancer Association Consortium<\/a> (BCAC) study.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the context of observational analysis of UK Biobank data, there was a slightly lower risk of breast cancer in case of morning preference than evening preference.
