Evening(@6) Beetroot Vegetable juice 150 ml
Roasted channa with jaggery 30 gram
Dinner(8-9) Palak Paneer/dal 30 gram
Curd 100 gm.
Raagi/Wheat chapatti 1-2 in no. 50 gram
1 Bowl Green Vegetable 100 gram
Oil 10 ml
Post Dinner(@10 ) Milk with Jaggery /Milk with (4-5 dates ) 200 ml
