  • If you still cannot fall asleep, you can try eating a small snack, reading a book, or drinking some warm milk.
  • Do regular exercise.
  • You sleep during the day to complete your sleep.
  • Talk to your healthcare provider if you continuously feel insomnia. Your healthcare provider may prescribe you some medication if necessary.
