What Should Your Blood Count Be?

 

The normal range for an RBC or the red blood cell count for a male is 4.5 to 5.5 million cells/mm3 and for a female is 4 to 5 million cells/mm3.

 

The normal range for WBC or white blood cell count is 5,000 to 10,000 cells/mm3,

For the platelets, the typical range is 140,000 to 400,000/mm3.
