This lining of the bone joint, termed as the synovial membrane is typically inflamed and swollen which causes massive damage to the cartilage and destroys the bone joint. This condition arouses because the immune system starts to attack the lining of the joint capsule, a tough membrane that encloses all the joint parts.

This ailment is very common nowadays, along with being common it is a troublesome and severe as well. Fortunately, there are many symptoms visible in this disease that can be diagnosed and treated promptly. Underlying is the major symptoms:

Gluten is a protein that is generally found in grains and cereals like wheat, rye, and barley. It forms a chewy and glue-like formation when combined with water which can cause elastic-like dough substance that is used for making food. Gluten protein is divided into types, that are gliadin and glutenin.

 

It is a debatable subject that whether gluten is harmful or not. Some state that gluten is the good deal to consume regularly whereas gluten intolerants explain the different story. Gluten is proven to be the reason behind Celiac disease.

Arthritis is basically inflammation in joints due to the rapid and dysfunctioned action of the autoimmune system in the particular part of the body. Whereas celiac disease shows the similar symptoms in the body as arthritis which is caused by gluten. However, the attack of the autoimmune system against gluten is conducted at bone joints as well which causes inflammation and severe pain.

 

It is not entirely proven that gluten is the major cause of arthritis but it has been observed that patient of arthritis faced more problem and pain after consuming gluten-rich food. Arthritis patients are recommended to eat less salt, carbohydrates, and fats because they can cause inflammation in joints.
