4) Indenopyridines
Indenopyridines are the compounds in development that can affect the Sertoli cells and germ cells. According to the study by the Indian Journal of Endocrinology, ” When it was used in combination with a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist, it induced reversible infertility in male rats.
Gonadotropin and sex steroid concentrations were unaffected and there were no overt toxicities when the drug was administered in monkeys.”

It is though a risky affair and must not be practiced regularly. Men should take precautions and must be responsible. It is better to take prevention and protection than regretting it in the end.
