There is no one correct way of meditating. The important thing is that you should be comfortable while meditating. You can sit on a cushion or on a chair, whichever is comfortable for you. One of the ways is that you sit with your back straight, close your eyes and take deep breaths. You may also count your breaths while meditating in order to concentrate more and don’t let your thoughts wander to other things of your life.
