How is Hypoglycemia Treated?
If you have diabetes and you also have symptoms of hypoglycemia, then you should check your blood glucose level right away. Snacks: 1 cup of coffee with 1 tsp of sugar with digestive bis / roasted channa / roasted bajra / handful of nuts with milk/ 1 cup coffee with glucose bis (2-3)
Dinner: Multigrain roti/grilled fish /Tuna fish / baked potato veg /paneer tikka/brown bread with veg / sauteed veg
Post Dinner: Have milk with jaggery powder
